The classic series consists of high-quality oils made of avocado fruit. Avocado is known for its high vitamin E content, which helps to prevent heart disease and to reduce cholesterol levels. The oils in this series are of an especially low level of acidity and their smoke point is particularly high, and accordingly they are suitable for a range of kitchen uses.
